Not really, T15-4P was good, what was freaking insane was T15-2P.

T15 4 pc was pretty bad tbh. T16 2 pc is pretty bad but is still better then it.

It was useful on Ra-Den as a WW who had limited BrM experience, but other than that it was barely noticeable, and not noticed at all if you were playing well.

All T15 4p did was condition people to purify way too often.
