Quick question - is the breath of fire glyph useful for the adds on Garrosh?

The disorient from the glyph breaks on damage, so if no one is hitting the adds then it may be useful. If they are getting hit (this includes dots) then it won't last more than a few tenths of a second.

and it will sync their swing timers, which is bad.

And you wouldn't want to anyway; disorienting them will also reset their swing timers, letting them all line up their swings to nicely burst you down as a team.
