Yogg+0 was the hardest of those you mention, no doubt.
Well there was Trial of the Grand Crusader. But yeah, I phrased that as a way to say it was my first time raiding current content to total completion. Probably could have worded it better.

Wasn't that purely a dps race? Not a lot of tough mechanics for individuals to overcome.
I honestly feel Ascendance Council, Mimiron and Siegewiper Blackfuse should have all be in this poll as well. Especially Council, idk if anyone remembers but Paragon got World First Council with just 1 person left alive( Go Go Capt Planet). I would also suggest Dark Shaman but 3 tanking kinda trivializes that fight.
I remember the last time someone posted a thread like this, Lappe (from Paragon) said:
- Heroic Lich King
- Heroic Al'akir (pre nerf)
- Heroic Ragnaros
- Heroic Lei Shen
- Heroic Sinestra
In another post he implied that because of the limited attempts on heroic Lich King they spent a lot of time strategizing between pulls, which is why it only took them around 174 attempts I believe. So you can't really compare that number to the amount of attempts on Ragnaros because they probably "threw" themselves at the boss for 500 attempts.

Pre-nerf C'thun or Pre-nerf Muru.
Funny that the two hardest bosses ever aren't even on here.
Slaying 8bit dragons with 6 pixel long swords since 1987.
Yogg 0 lights and HC Ragnaros.
It's not that it was hard. The thing that made it hard was that it was extremely unforgiving and one mistake by one individual was game over. It wasn't like "Oh darn you're dead. Battle rez."
Ragnaros was also incredibly intense on heroic mode. If one tank messed up it was game over for sure.
I would say that Lich King was technically more demanding just because Ragnaros' insta wipe was something that the two tanks dealt with. Lich King's one shot was something EVERY player had to deal with.
Yogg was extremely difficult as well but I never got to experience it when it was current content. The individual mechanic was basically avoiding every single freaking attack that came your way in order to minimize insanity. I'd say that was probably pretty difficult.
He wasn't hard... he was 100% unkillable. Even Blizzard knew that. That doesn't make it hard. You could easily just buff any bosses damage and health by something that seems insignificant and that would make the boss impossible to kill. For example, Morchok was an easy boss. If they simply made his stomp do too much damage to soak reliably then it's game over. If Almalg of Pride's pulsing AoE effect is over tuned then it becomes impossible. If Malkorok had more health and the berserk timer was impossible not to hit then it would be impossible. But none of those fights would be any harder.
TL;DR A boss that is physically impossible to kill in current gear level does not make it hard.
c'thun hands down hardest boss so far not the longest but the hardest .
Agree ?
No Muru?
Seems lost without CTHUN and Muru on that list.
Heroic Ragnaros survival galore. Sinestra with the beams and interupts.. dispels.
For the fights I've killed, Heroic Dark Animus. There's so many ways to screw up, and one person standing in a pool, losing aggro or whatever most likely means a wipe.
Of those, I'd say Heroic Lich King closely followed by Heroic Ragnaros. Al'akir also deserves a mention in 25-man, because it was silly, but I'd more say that was just badly designed for 25 people rather than outright challenging your abilities.
