[Megathread] Steam Fall/Winter Sale 2013

Man, so tempted to buy Trine 2 Complete Edition. That price is a steal. But not sure its any good, for someone who generally goes for RPGs. I tried the demo a while back, seemed decent but never gave in to purchase it.

And State of Decay o.O.. arghh. Temptation.

have you started playing state of decay yet? if so how is it? I'm trying not to give in to this sale but that was one of the games I Was looking forward to purchasing.

I would thoroughly, 100% recommend Euro Truck simulator. It manages to balance simulation and playability perfectly, while some people might find the game slightly repetitive, I've got about 56 hours in it and enjoyed it all. It's a really fun, relaxing game.

I think the #1. question to ask of any driving sim is:

How does it play without a steering wheel?

So far I've picked up Dark Souls, Spelunky, and just now State of Decay. Spelunky is great, Dark Souls port is really really bad but manageable with a controller and the various community fixes out there, and I haven't started State of Decay yet. The only other thing on Steam right now that I actually really want is the Xcom dlc that recently came out. If that goes on sale to a decent price I'l pick it up, but if not I'll get it when it goes down. I'm in no rush.

Yea, Final Fantasy 7 was $4.00 two days ago and most of the other games you have on your list =/ Theirs a review of the sales in the OP I made if you want to look and have an idea.

I get kinda sad to see ROME 2 on 1st place top seller. Even after patch 7 it's a ripoff even at -50%.
