Did Blizzard just hotfix an ilvl requirement onto Awakened LFR?

Could anyone help me with this issue?
I was using LUI but decided to go back to the default UI and bars. I deleted LUI and all traces of it, but my borders are showing these weird border.
Only way to describe it is like its doubled up

Check the /interface folder for any folders aside from "Addons".
Those are likely containing graphic replacements for some of the default UI elements, perhaps one for the action bars is responsible for that.

Thank you so much, found a folder there Id no idea about, and this has resolved the problem
