Very very underwhelming I'm all for passives to reduce ability bloat but seriously? Lightning every 3 seconds?! Very poor.

Thanks for posting these.
I understand this stuff is "early" (considering the xpac isn't even in beta yet) but from Ele/Enhance point of view especially, this is rather underwhelming.
Two of the talents attack random mobs, one activated by my passive lightning shield, and one by my fire totem... lol okay.

I think you guys need to check out the T100 talents in other classes.
These are pretty good in comparison.
