    There shouldn't be any major issues with that build. I'd suggest some minor modifications, though, unless there's a specific aesthetic you're after (see below):

    The main change is in the GPU - I've changed it to the ASUS Matrix Platinum version, though the HiS isn't too shabby by any stretch. I also changed the case to the 300R and the PSU to the TX650 v.2 from Corsair. A change i'd suggest is to go for the ASUS Z87-A board, which is around the same price as the G45 Dragon series from MSI you have.

    It was hard to find one of the r9 280x's that people purchased frequently, that was not out of stock. The case was for aesthetics mostly, and the psu I had seen on sale first and didn't mind spending the extra money. I'm aware people usually over purchase for PSU's.
