Rosetta Stone Torrent

So I downloaded Rosetta stone and got the dutch languages for it. I tried to mount it with virtual clone drive but when i did, it said "could not find sms.cfg in C:\\users\nik\downloads\ Rosetta stone-dutch-level 1, 2, 3\"
What does that mean? and how do i fix it?

Also, if there are other alternative programs that work decently well that are free or not too expensive, i'd love to know the name of them. I'm trying to learn dutch because I got accepted to a college abroad in the Netherlands so that's why I'm on the hunt for free or not too expensive software that'll help me learn the language. Thanks all, I appreciate any feedback
