Would you mind checking my build?

I'm going to be honest, it's my first time building a pc and I'm kind of a noob. I'm going to be using this computer for mostly gaming, game recording, and video editing. Please feel free to comment on any parts you feel I should differently because, again, I'm still new to all of this. Thanks for reading

Without knowing the exact requirements for your computer, i would say it is a very well balanced build. You could probably go up to 500-550W psu in case you want to upgrade later on, but for now the 430W is fine. In case you can't somehow get that sweet deal on the graphics card you selected, you can look around for a Radeon 7870 (GHz), there are some good offers right now (going down to around $130 after rebate).
Why do something simple, when there is a complicated way?
    Ryzen 7 2700X | BeQuiet Dark Rock Pro 4 | 16GB DDR4-3200 | MSI X470 Gaming Pro | MSI GTX 1070 Gaming X 8G | 500GB / 750GB Crucial SSD
Fractal Define C | LG 32UK550 | Das Model S Professional Silent | CM Storm Xornet

    • Budget: Around 500
    • Resolution: Not sure on monitor because I'm getting it off of a friend but he said it's resolution was average.
    • Games / Settings Desired: Minecraft/Amnesia: Not too high
    • Any other intensive software or special things you do (Frequent video encoding, 3D modeling, etc): Recording games, video editing
    • Country: US
    • Parts that can be reused: None, currently on a laptop
    • Do you need an OS?: Yes, but that has already been taken care of
    • Do you need peripherals (e.g. monitor, mouse, keyboard, speakers, etc)?: I don't need anything besides the actually computer, all the peripherals have been purchased.

This GPU just went on sale too:

Its pretty close in performance to the 660, could toss a bit of the budget to a better looking case or whatever else.

Minor change I'd recommend to Notarget's build is to get a TF MSI 7870 GHz card in combination with the RAM to max out the budget.

I picked the Nvidia card for Shadowplay since:

Any other intensive software or special things you do (Frequent video encoding, 3D modeling, etc): Recording games, video editing
    Otherwise I would agree.
