Agreed, with a better CPU you could sacrifice fidelity for framerate. At the current setup dropping the options would likely not grant you much better framerate.

I've written several tickets. Problem still occurs :< I'm reinstalling WoW right now, but pretty sure it's not going to help.

So it seems to be 7850. The CPU should also be sufficient for wow. Is the refresh rate correct (60Hz) in wow settings, and is it running in full screen mode?
Try enabling vsync in settings as well, see what happens.
Yes, current refresh rate is 60Hz. I thought it might be cause of my problems, so I tried some monitors. No matter which refresh rate I used ( 75 for example), problem still exists. I have vsync enabled all the time, tripple buffering either. I'm playing on fullscreen all the time. Out of ideas how to figure it out
If your FPS drops below 60 with vsync, it actually dips straight to 30. Disable it and see what happens. You could do /console maxfps 100, for example, to reduce power draw in graphically light situations.
Tried to play with vsync on and off, sadly, I could not see any difference. I'm going to try that macro... Thanks for advice.
The macro shouldn't do anything to fix your problem, just something I like to use with vsync off.
You could do a clean reinstall for graphics drivers with driversweeper.
