WW 4pc sim ???

WTH is going on with the sims on wowprogress?

all of a sudden all WW monks with 4 pc sim alot higher than monks without while imo the 4pc is near useless.

Do not trust WW sims on SimC. Simulations cannot think for themselves so they can't make use of FoF or TEB stacks intelligently. Simulations make an average of your DPS and then calculate DPS fluctuation(trinket procs, crits, procs, that stuff) from that average point.

In practice the 4pc is really worthless unless you are very heavy Mastery build and can pretty much keep a high uptime on TEB(by consuming more stacks -> more use out of 4pc), but you get "Better bang for your buck" by going haste/crit and saving TEB for key moments of fight(BL, inc. damage phases or 5-10 sec AoE period) or trinket procs.

Get the 2 HC tier pieces you can and then highest iLvl for the last 3 slots.

SimCraft is shit for Windwalkers. The way it models AoC has been broken forever (it increases the cooldown of EB instead of reducing it, despite what it says on the "abilities" tab), it can't use our skills properly (WW is a very reactionary/conditional class), and similarly, can't plan ahead nearly enough to model ideal play.
