Character transfer question

I have 2 wow accounts, lets say A and B.
If i pay for character transfer from my A account i will get all of A account achis and mounts on B account?
I know its working some time ago but dont know now.

I'd be interested to know how it affects pets. I have an old guildy who hasn't played since Wrath but is the proud owner of Grunty the Marine murloc and I was wondering if I could transfer the toon from his acc. to mine to acquire this very cool pet
