Frost Death Knight Guide! Please Help

Guys I have friend who has just STARTED to play WoW He started to play Death knight.

I have no idea about Death knights and I searched for guide in internet and only found Icy vein guide ! I know that in MMO everything is explained in details and more advanced but i couldn't find any guide in MMO except for Blood DKs !

If you could link some previous patch (5.3, 5.2) guides for Frost Death knight ! I would appreciate that ! Or to give me quick rotation info and Burst skills and when to use them etc. Stat prio , I know that some Frosts dont increase or cap Hit at all and they have insane damage ! So just to quickly enlighten me please :P
