Question on Hit Chance for Pet Battles

Is there a hidden miss chance if your pet is lower level than the opponent? I have seen quite a few 100% chances miss despite their being no debuffs or buffs present. Thanks for any info, appreciate it.

yes if your pet is lower level you have an increased chance to miss, which increases as the level difference increases, i don't think it's too insane since i can get a lvl 1 to hit a lvl 25 with a 100% hit a few times in a row or it'll miss a couple of times in a row, but as anyone experienced in pet battles knows, even just 10 or 20% miss can lose you the battle.

2% additional chance to miss per level under that of the pet you're attacking iirc.
