i have Alliance toons on Oceanic server, and my Horde is on an US server...sometime this last year, i figured out that these two types of server cannot phase onto each other, making it harder to find outdoor bosses groups. i wonder if they are "fixing" that...wouldnt that be a treat? and i dont wanna hear about hardware issues...

They are not currently, either due to hardware or software issues.
Saying "I don't want to hear reason X" does not mean that reason X is wrong or shouldn't matter.

Still makes it a pain trying to find oceanic groups for world bosses in a sea of americans. :/

It's a bit of a rort. If you're on an Oceanic server you have to play with higher ping but then don't get the advantage of the massive player base.
