And this woman with those acrylic nails was talking on the phone and she was speaking very loud and obnoxiously and then she was like "OKAY BY BOO!" and then she put the phone in her pocket and then she fucking stabbed me with her nails by accident, Well you know this wouldn't be a problem if you were like a normal human being and had regular nails!

I don't understand fake nails, but if it makes the wearer more confident, why not. Some even look pretty though 90% of the fake ones are overdone in every way.

And myself... I'm having natural long nails most of the time and I think they're kind of cute. The best pic I could find:

When I used to play a guitar, I had them short though, but my hands look too "nude" without long nails so I had to decorate them somehow:

I'm a nurse student, and my teacher's would flip out if they ever saw me with fake nails. They have literally cut people's nails in class if they're too long. Besides, long nails are hard to play WoW with.

pointed claw-like nails are sexy imo, but they're a pain in the ass. i grew mine out and filed them to points in high school once. i couldn't do the special deed until i cut them. idk how girls in porn do it with those fake nails they wear.

now, the flat long fake nails and real nails are ugly, and if they're like 5 inches long it's just the worst.

As a woman I can tell you, I HATE long nails too. I don't understand the obsession with them that some women have. Short nails is so much easier and more comfortable in my opinion. I am slightly biased though, I do like climbing and with long nails that would be... lets say weird.
But even before I did that, I never had nor wanted long nails. I simply do not like it at all.

long nails i dont have too much of a problem with and i dont really have a problem with fake nails either. but when you combine those 2...ugh.....its the worst. i have a friend who LOVES her fake nails and they just look tacky as all hell. she gets the flat wide ones too if you know what im talking about. dont understand the appeal of that. to each their own i guess though.

Pretty much true, there's only a few things better than a good back or head scratch. That said, you don't need long nails to do it right, but maybe it could help if you are having trouble getting enough pressure into it.

Sad thing is how few people know how to give a truly good back scratch.

Long nails are sexy, at least from my point of view. I seriously refused hand-jobs from girls with short nails because I find it unpleasing.

Ever since I can remember, I have just been absolutely repulsed by Fake or Longer nails on women. Nails that go past the tip of the finger. It's almost to the point where I feel sick if a woman with fake nails even touches me. Does anyone else feel this way?

"regular" nails and bitten nails I am totally okay with, I just think that a woman with clipped nails is more attractive than one using fake nails or with longer ones.

Before I notice any other features on a woman, I look at her nails and if they are as described above, I am instantly turned off, even if she is extremely attractive in regards to her body or face.

I am unsure why I am this way and no one I have talked to irl feels the same way.
