Good RNG... most likley 4set.... bad rng... cloak.
Kinda depends on the nr of targets your hitting aswell.

I don't see the point in this though, since it's not a matter of choosing one over the other, as they fill different item slots.
What knowledge do you hope to gain by this thread, OP?

mostly for fun but got cloak recently and was thinking if the 4 set would be a bigger gain. =)

Having both would be a bigger gain than having just one...

Cloak is subject to RNG too. Look at damage breakdowns, sometimes it's 4%, sometimes it's 12%, both on single target. Go figure. Originally Posted by Oggy
