don't spend more than 150 on a monitor 22-24". Watch http://www.reddit.com/r/buildapcsales , as there are decent 24" monitors that pop up for less than 150 dollars as I picked up http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16824005364 for 130 dollars last week.

I have not bought a screen yet, but "unfortunately" I live in Denmark so it is harder to find those good deals. Made it a bit harder for myself aswell, when I decided to add aesthetics and easy wall-mounting as a factor.
