if thats the rare one from stonecore, i saw it drop once in the entire time i've done that dungeon.
same as the blue proto from vortex pinnacle, i never saw it drop once, but i got randomly in the satchels. goooooo tanking random 5s. aka dpsing random 5s as a tank.
