Basically it's just cutting % of what we already have...
But I believe there are some mathematics behind it about rounding up the numbers that some peoople are unhappy bout...

It doesn't matter and gameplay will not change.

The squish itself will not change PvP. Numbers tuning, however, will -- same as with every new expansion and, to a lesser degree, every patch.

100k hit 100k heal 400k hp vs 10k hit 10k heal 40k hp. If they remove cd stacking that will lower dmg and let them lower healing but the squish itself won't fix anything.

yeah, as said above...the item squish itself is just numbers, wont do anything really to game play...it's still the same %spell power or stamina or whatever, just on a lower scale.
