Software: disconnects in wow + firefox issue

wow: i get tons and tons of disconnects in wow all the time, mostly when loading screen is done when entering game/bgs etc sometimes it wont even get me pass 90% loading screen before dc. I tried to play w/o addons and with, re-installing wow and computor but no change. i tried to play with wow with both windows driver for my network card and the newest driver for it. i "think" most drivers are up to date but dont know, dont have any cd for my mobo or anything in my computor so dont really know how to update stuff.


Firefix: when entering a site sometimes it stoppes and i have to "F5" aka reload the page for it to work, shouldnt be like that.

I got fiber 250/100 connection, from wall its a 20m cable to a modem thats wireless so i can send wireless signal to my smart tv, laptop and phones. and i got a 1m cable from modem to my gaming computor.
