Sound muffled in stream

I wasn't sure exactly where to post this but after doing a clean install of Winodws 8 I had to set up OBS again and now all the sound is muffled.

Any idea whats causing the crappy sound quality? It's fine on my end, but no matter what I change in OBS is still terrible.
