Any website or tool that shows which realms are connected and approx population?

I've always used Wowprogress to determine where I would go when I transfer servers by checking the realms estimated population.

Now that realms are connected, are there any sites that have a list of all realms, what realm(s) they are connected to, and the total estimate population for each faction?

I imagine that will come to wowprogress once the connection process is complete, they still haven't done all the realms.
