    Would these two GPU's work?

    My current setup is:

    Intel i5 4570
    8GB ram 1333mhz
    1TB hard drive
    600W PSU
    Radeon 7850 2GB HD
    MSI Z87-G41 Motherboard
    1x200mm & 4x120mm Fans

    I wanted to get another graphics card just for that extra fps. I know close to nothing about the dual gpus. So If i grab some like $60 radeon card and install it, would it work? Or a cheap nvidia card?

    No you must get another 7850. Though honestly it isn't worth it because your motherboard only has a 4x slot for the 2nd card.
