Blizzard being sh*ts again. - need help aswell.

So, i'll try to make this as short as possible.

On 2013-10-04 I started to multibox a few accounts with RAF links, after 11 days they announced that they're going to update RaF so all links at the time were shut down until the update arrived 2013-11-12. (Meaning I only got to experience 11 days of RaF.... cuz they made shit unannounced).

I contacted them today regarding the fact that I lost about 1 month of RaF time asking if they could extended it right now (as i quit playing when they announced RAF won't work, and it didn't work for about 1 month)

According to the GM im speaking with everyone got 1 month EXTRA to their RaF link. (According to him, it was announced and up everywhere but he can't find where it was announced).. picture: http://imgur.com/ipVH7Yn

Here are the offical posts about RaF (There is nothing about people getting 1 month EXTRA, and I was not told by any GMs about this).

There is not even anything in the FAQ about us who are linked getting their links extended.

What should I do? this GM keeps saying it's my fault for not finding it out.

Ask them on Twitter/Facebook to show you where the info is - if it's not clearly presented, you have a case - it's a US based company, clear access to info and communication is your right. Convoluted promos may be the current trend, by they aren't legal and unless the terms and related info are easily accessible and unambiguous, they can't tell you to f...off.

call them? then call them again? and after that keep calling them again?

It wouldn't be the first time someone without proper authority said something inaccurate. Just because someone said something, even if you have evidence, pretty much never means that they will bend policies in order to please you.

When doing shady stuff like connecting accounts and and multiboxing you should get atleast five people to pass what you're trying to do.

well its not where the company is from but there the players is from. if a company is doing business with a other countery its up to the company to know there rights.

but going to court with it..... good luck with that...

    How is multiboxing "shady"?

OT: You may have a case if they dont have the info clearly presented somewhere.

also OP are you sure they where unlinked? because "those whose accounts are already linked are not affected by this" is taking from there website http://us.battle.net/wow/en/blog/112...14_2013?page=3.

and you stopped playing. and then after 2 month you start about that problem instead of asking it right away. if you ask me you made a problem out of it to late.

So wait. You already had RAF set up before the changes?

Note: "...those whose accounts are already linked are not affected by this...". Your accounts never quit working. All they took down was sign-ups for new RAF accounts AFAIK.

Well, A. they actually can't extend the RAF timeframe at all.
    B. Phishing for the answer you want when more than one of them tell you know isn't a great idea
    C. Constantly phoning after getting your answer is considered harassment and can lead to bans on the account, so all in all, this idea is bad.

Call them. This doesn't make Blizzard an evil company, you're a very small niche of people who've probably been caught out by this, but more forewarning would've helped.

Announcement clearly says it's unavailable for new sign-ups.

Announcement clearly says that already linked accounts are unaffected.

You didn't read it? Not blizz fault.

Blame yourself for reading just first sentence of announcement.

Let's say you are in airport. There's announcement "bla-bla-bla delayed. ETA 30 mins" Will you go home as soon as you read "delayed" then 1 week later blame everyone around you was not noticed it's just 30 mins and not 1 week?

You need to "thrust" him, he said it himself.
