@purebalance: Well, warlocks can move while casting their fillers, they have more Fears than SP, they can teleport away, twice, if needed ... + Affliction locks DoTs are like twice as strong as SPs DoTs. So you can't really compare SP to Affliction lock:P

Perhaps starsurges should be weaker but we should be allowed to store up to 3 of them to use when desired.

How about this, it stacks up to 3 times. The one stack hits 100%, two stacks each hit 80%(160% together), and 3 stacks hit 70%(210% together), and you can either have using starsurge and it will use all of the stacks or take it off gcd from itself(it still is causes gcd but just not on itself).
