I wonder if theres an old pally set, (pvp perhaps) that would fit the bill? I seem to remember some very shiny gold armour in TBC on my pally, which was gold and metallic.

Messing with icy-vein transmog lists, I thought this is as close as it gets. It doesn't include a definite breastbplate, since it wont be seen if you choose one without "sleeves". The tabard will cover it.
