Whats up with wintergrasp?

For the past week or to I have been trying to buy the PvP hateful boots from wintergrasp. Well I check the map in northrend and it says that the alliance have it but every time I take the portal or fly there the horde always have it. Even if the portal is up it ports me to the keep and the horde have it. Is it some phasing issue or what?

Blizzard secretly implemented this hotfix in order to boost the ego of alliance players so that they leave Wintergrasp for the horde alone.

When you are outside of WG, it shows its status for the CRZ realm you are in. However, wintergrasp itself is your home realm only. Thus, you could be in realm B's CRZ, see that alliance has it, but fly into your realm A's wintergrasp and see that horde has it, or even see that its in battle.
