Look at the top ranked Disc priests and their spell priority. Definitely doesn't tell me they are eschewing atonement for PoH casts like I outlined earlier. Also, shields are notoriously known for being misrepresented on Malkorok.

How are shields "misrepresented" on Malkorok? It follows the normal shielding priority, with the exception of the ancient miasma shield always being last like a normal health bar. There's no difference. All Malkorok shows is how little throughput Disc actually has in a situation where they can't snipe through absorbs as easily.

Spirit Shell and AA is more than sufficient to keep up with Tranq, NV and whatever else a druid can run.

With my gear, poh + pom spam ~300k hps. Resto druid same gear 350-400k hps and lot more extras over it available.
