Random buff I've never seen before

I just got killed by this shaman in goldshire, he had this 12 second buff on him, the icon was the same as the dark soul (warlock) buff.
"Involuntary Banishment" He was completely immune to everything for 12 seconds, what is that?
Can someone explain this to a noob?

I have never heard of "Involuntary Banishment" and it is not on wow head but looking up the icon there is "Uncontrolled Banish" but as it is a banish he can not do damage to you as well for the duration of the buff. What level was the shaman?

It was likely the Cursed Talisman (or whatever the Jade Forest variant is) off the Timeless Isle.
