Flickering on my screen.

Hey guys! I just recently got a new Video Card, Sapphire 7850. And I have it installed and all, but it seems that my One LCD Monitor is flickering/Wavy slightly (Noticeable enough to be annoying. ) and I have no idea why. My other Monitor seems to be okay, and I have tried several cords to make sure it wasn't that cords.

Just to note as well, it disappeared for 20 mins then came back.

Okay, another update. I think it might be my new 500W Bronze Power Supply. I removed the Sapphire Card and put back my not that good video card and still same issue with the screen. And when I remove the Power Supply and put back my other one, everything is fine.

Seen a monitor once with that type of issue, popped the cover off the back and there were a couple bad capacitors. Swapped them out and the issue went away.
