If you go to the rogue transmog sticky page 99, theres a white transmog set.

Can someone link me the armory set please!? Thanks a lot

I believe it is a short sleeve but due to being a gnome well, it becomes a long sleeve.

Exactly. It's a short sleeve, but gnomes have short, stubby arms, so it becomes a short-sleeve, especially in that very pose.

You could get a tailor to make you a white undershirt to make it appear somewhat long-sleeved.

You can now also get the dagger from first boss in Magister's terrace (HC). It has quite a high drop rate so it is far more easy to come by than Timeslicer.
(as usual caster shit drops better than agi weapons)
