Im thinking about getting a Cooler Master Hyper T4. Right now I'm running an i5 4570 @ 3.2ghz with stock cooler & stock speeds. Would I be able to get this card to 4ghz with this cooler? Also I don't know to much about cpu overclocks but, does overclocking affect your cpu's life at all?

You can't overclock that 4570 except getting the full turbo clock with 4 cores load (enable XMP).

Overclocking potential of a non-K processor is extremely limited. With the multiplier locked the only way to OC is to adjust the FSB frequency. The processor already turbo's to 3.6 and there is no way you will get stable even close to that with upping the FSB. So as Faithh said just make sure full turbo clock is enabled and call it a day. If you want to overclock you need a K processor with intel.
