    Question mods tagging certain individuals

    do mods ever get assigned certain notorious individuals to follow and monitor all their activity ?

    Pretty sure posts/threads are supposed to be judged individually, not based on user (unless user is [within a short time frame] making threads/posts that repeatedly get infracted/locked). (I'm against this by the way.)
