If you know any online shops for PC parts in your country, provide a link

CPU Cooler: Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO 82.9 CFM Sleeve Bearing CPU Cooler (£23.90 @ Ebuyer)
    Motherboard: ASRock Z87 Pro3 ATX LGA1150 Motherboard (£64.98 @ Amazon UK)

The problem is that most of the PC shops in our country have sites in our language only which really sucks, but luckily they have a wide range of parts so I'll probably manage to find all of these. Thank you very much.

https://www.mimovrste.com/ This is probably the most well known site for all electronic stuff in our country, I'll be happy to provide any translation necessary.
http://www.sestavi.si/index.php/home is also one of the main computer related sites in our country.
I do apologize for taking so long to reply, have been away from home, hope you still check this thread.

It's annoying really, as the Haswell motherboards aren't fully compatible with the Kingston sticks (the sticks run typically on 1.65V), otherwise you could save another ~€20 for 8GB of RAM, but that's the best from the second site. Compare with other e-tailers in Slovenia to get a better price.

I think these are 1.5v, anyway they are cheaper http://www.mimovrste.com/artikel/244...ds1s00ceu#tech 85.86e (but you have to consider there will be shipping costs).

As for GPU, while Vapor is great in cooling, I personally have http://www.sestavi.si/index.php/item/display/25678 and it's playing games on Ultra never going above 70C (plays wow on ultra at 50ish C).

    The rest what @tenangrychickens said
