Guild Purpose:
Charlie Foxtrot was created in March 2010 on Saurfang PvE Alliance, where we gathered a lot of exceptional players from our previous guilds and realms. In June 2013 we moved to Ragnaros PVP to join a healthier realm :> We have high focus on quality raiding and our goal is to always clear the current content before the next is released. World of Warcraft is primarily about socialization and hence we aim to develop this belief while still progressing well through raid content. We aim to be completing all normal/heroic content and are competitive with other guilds on the server. What are we looking for in our raiders?
We are looking for experienced and skilled players to join our team. We are currently in the process of transitioning to 25 man from 10 man in preparation for WoD. You must be able to speak on mumble, communicate well and have a solid grasp of the English language. We expect our members to act with maturity and respect fellow players on the server, whether Alliance or Horde. Though we do not have a strictly over 18 policy, we do expect you to ACT like an adult. You are hopefully the kind of player that likes to socialize with their fellow guild mates and will help them out wherever reasonably possible. Guilds are a social aspect and as such we would hope that our members are sociable. You must be able to respond well to instructions and be able to think on your own feet.
We raid 4 days a week, going down to 2 when content is on farm. We expect our raiders to be well prepared for raids. Your gear must be up to standard and it must be gemmed, enchanted and reforged correctly. We expect you to come to raids with the right potions, flasks and foods and be prepared to put in 100% during the raiding period. We expect high raid attendance due to our short schedule and small roster.
What experience do I require to join the raiding team?
We expect our members to have previous heroic raiding experience.
What will the guild provide for me?
We aim to give you a friendly and sociable home with a casual raiding schedule. Though our raiding schedule is light we aim to be progressing well through content and aim to complete all normal and heroic instances. The guild is in a position to provide free repairs. The guild will also provide use of a mumble server for chatting and raid discussions.
