Spirit Shell Usage.

Hey. Back again with another disc priest question.

I tend to time spirit shell pretty nicely before dmg phases but i hesitate to use it without AA. Is it better to use SS as much as you can or wait till you can get a powerfull SS? Because of 2 set i use AA on CD and it tends to not line up as well as it could if i used SS on CD also. Which is better?

I understand some healer teams use SS as a designated CD but i mostly pug so its all free for all on CDs. I get that HPS isnt everything also but maximising SS usage must be better than just healing through it right? Isnt prevention the best form of medicine so doesnt healing count the same?

Since you mostly pug and there are no "CD rotation", I'd use it as a "big" CD pre-massive damage, and not on cooldown, aligned or not with AA. Only on fights that's steady damage, then I'd pop on CD and be fine. But not that much kind fights @ SoO
