Passive int gain from HOTW does not increase crit?

Title.

Seems to be the case as i just specd back and forth from HOTW and dream of cenarius, spell crit was exactly the same between the two.

Intended or bug?

My crit changed. I went from NV to HotW. Checked crit as NV, closed character sheet, retalented, reopened character sheet, gained nearly 1% crit. 571 ilvl


edit: I looked under the intellect tab (not crit %) and it actually says spell critical hit by x.xx% when you hover over your intellect. I went from 15.00% to 15.79%.

I must have been bugged or something, just checked again and it did change disregard.

Maybe cause i was in starting area of a BG, dunno.
