    CPU Overheat's

    Hi,

So currently playing AC Black Flag and the temperature's are hitting 95c which i believe causes my computer to shut itself down after after a certain period of playing which causes me to constantly minimise the game every 15/30 mins to cooldown so this does not happen. I have tried minimising some graphic setting's to reduce heat but basically does nothing. On sc2 my temperatures do not go above 75c on 4/4 which is cpu intensive.

Is there a certain setting to reduce my cpu's temperature?

Your temps are way too high for any of those. There is a hardware problem. I'd probably remove your heatsink (with the computer off), clean off the old thermal paste, and apply new. If you aren't clear on how to do that, just ask.

Get something like the 212 Evo which would cost you 30 bucks and help a tremendous amount cooling that thing.
Also wondering why you would run a 780 Ti with a stock 950?

I have thought about a aftermarket cooler 212 evo, however i am a little scared because i basically have to rip everything apart and put it all back together i have not done this before, not as simple as replacing a graphics card.
