    Herioc Thok CD Rotation Help?

I know there are a million posts about this but it varies based off of raid comp. We are a 25m guild just reached thok and we could use some help on CD rotations and figured why not turn to the valuable resource that is mmo, thanks in advanced for any and all help.

    CD's we have
    3-Smoke Bombs
    3-Devo's
    5-BoP's
    2-Resto Druid Tranq's
    1-2 HoTW Tranq's
    1- Rallying Cry
    1- Demo Banner
    1- Resto Sham Healing Tide
    2- Off Spec Healing Tides
    1- Spirit Link Totem
    2- Barriers
    1- VE
    1- Avert Harm
(I'm sure I'm missing a few but that should be enough)

Also what order should we be looking at to release the prisoners and is the 28,15,28 the suggested method of dealing with the stack phases? Again thank you very much for any and all help.

How many healers are you going with?

Is the dps druids feral or balance?

Ferals can symb a holy paladin for bubble compared to balance which will need a bop to tranq.

You mention 5 bops. Does that mean you have 5 paladins or are their talent included? With talent that will make it 10 bops.

The dps shamans are they enhancement or elemental? If they need bop or not during AG.

Avert Harm is a pretty terrible CD on this fight TBH. Wouldn't really bother with it.

The way my guild uses smoke and barrier is we pair them since moving a rogue is usually a bad idea.

    Heres a rough mockup:

    4 OS Tide
    7 OS Tide
    10 Bomb/Barrier
    12 Tranq
    14 Bomb Barrier
    16 Devo
    17/18 Tranq
    19 Devo
    20/21 Rally/Banner
    22 Devo
25+ Stack and spirit link. We can usually push 28, but you might need to go before that. Just make sure you live. Hit the fire phase before you adjust things too much.

You should also lust and use VE/AG on the bats. Make sure you bop the spriest and the ele shaman.

A boomkin tranq would really even things out during bats too.
Use your 3rd bomb on like 4 for the second stack. Also use the extra Tide on like 6. CD's should come back

Throwing it out here since it might help - I.e., if you use a demo banner on stack 7 (33.8s) it will last until stack 13 (48.3s)
This table shows when/how long into the fight each shout happens
You can notice that after the 6th shout thats when CDs are best used since shouts are on their fastest rate already
I am a 10m so our CD rotation wouldnt fit for you guys anyway but just incase for rought idea

A powerful cooldown you're missing is the Resto shaman's Ascendance. Getting a BoP for that can have them bursting higher than a resto's tranq.

Balance can symbi a lock to get unending resolve which stops a tranq being interrupted.

How many healers are recommended during progress on this. I've seen people say anywhere from 6 to 8

Really depends on how many raid cds you have. If you play with a lot of classes that don't bring raid cds such as hunters-mages-warlocks-monks you obviously want more healers.

During progress I would recommend 7-8 healers. During farm 6. But as said it really depends on the setup of raid cds you got.

You can even run 9 healers, if you can do 28-28-28. It's all about the DPS at that point, though.

If the rogues glyph their bombs, thats 21 seconds of smoke if you chain them. That means you can cover like 7-9 attacks with this depending on how well timed they are.

I use SB myself, just pop feint and a glyphed cloak and you will barely taking any damage, thus not risking any of the 2 groups having to many under the hp% point to transfer.
