[Elemental] Is there anyway to use the TellMeWhen addon to show Fulmination?

Hi recently re-rolled shaman and was wondering if anyone knows how to use tellmewhen to display Fulmination, I'm not sure how to do it since its tracked by your lightning shield stacks which I wouldn't want to use as it would always show, but does anyone know a way around this to just show when it hits full stacks? Thanks.

Yes there is a way to show Lightning shield at 7 stacks only by going to the Stack Requirements option and clicking both option and typing 7 in both. also can change the icon into the fulmination one aswell if you wanted too.
