No quests available , the only way is to farm eggs?

fly to the isle, do the quests, hunt the eggs. should not take too long. when you have collected all the eggs you can find, poach an invite from a Friend on another realm and go find more

i do remember randomly recieving an egg in karazhan for a quest recently, but would figure it'd be a weekly or something due to raid lockout

Netherspite drops a few eggs randomly now. 1-3 according to wowhead

I went Honored to Exalted in one egg farming session by doing it in off hours. I was up from 1AM-5AM server time. No competition makes a big difference with the eggs.

Farm the eggs pal...there's plenty of vids on YouTube that show the locations, won't take you long to learn the route to fly round and then run down into the mines and check in there too. Best time to farm is right after reset as you can usually pick up quite a few, do the dailies and farm the eggs and it really doesn't take long at all

I ran Kara a few days ago and got four eggs. No use for them, completely wasted bag space. No doubt very useful for anyone farming the rep though.
When you do the initial quests, they'll reappear the next day as dailies.
Going through the mine will net you more eggs than flying around the outside as there are probably 3 times as many spawn points. I suggest keeping your particle density really high to help see the purple smokey affect rising from them.

I'd say killing Netherspite to farm eggs is grossly inefficient. Nice if it happens to drop though.

If you aren't seeing dailies you presumably haven't done the quest chain unlocking them? Then again I assumed you wouldn't be able to hand in eggs if you hadn't.

I did mine mostly through dailies IIRC.

However, if you still need some of the pets or some transmog gear, its your best bet.

That is true. Took me 4 months to get all the pets IIRC so GL :P

taking 30 sec to kill a boss aint that bad for 2-4 eggs then jump to your death n rez outside not to far from the dark portal either

Farm eggs, and also the boss in Karazhan gives a few eggs, could prob do it in 1 day or so

If you don't see any dailies, that might be because your level is too high. Have you turned "Show Low Level Quests" on? If not you probably won't see the daily quests there.

Netherspite, the ghostly dragon boss in Karazhan, drops a Netherwing egg.
Apart from that, just farm eggs in Netherwing Ledge and do dailies.
