Quickest Way To Level 80-85

So thats the question, any new ways for fast leveling 80-85?

Instances dont seem like they are doing so great once I hit 80 so.. Questing? Instances? Rare Mobs.. any tips?

I think if you quest but sign up to a random at least once a day so you get the benefits.

Unless you have a group of people who can jump straight into instances over and over it can be quite boring waiting around for them.
