Stealth Nerf to MW or bug?

As of today my Renewing Mist only travels to 1 other target instead of 2

Not sure this is as intended since it still shows as a stack of 3 when first cast. But the stack drops to 1 after the first tick

Nothing in patch notes and nothing yet on official forums that I could find

Is it just my char or a general thing?

defenetly not stealth nerf. that would break the whole specc and wouldnt come along as a stealth nerf (apart from us not needing a nerf really^^)
So it's ither a bug or you not noticing the 2nd jump ^^ Can't go online and test it at the moment though so IDK

I just did lfr and it was fine for me

I played last night and there was no change. Maybe it is a ui bug not showing the 3rd target. or ou do not have it glyphed and the 3rd person it was supposed to jump to was <20 away so it could not make the jump.

but there was no nerf, that would break the class entirely.
