Sorry for being ignorant but how exactly does this work? Do we toss both dots on all the targets or do we just toss SWP on most of the and then spam our aoe?

Sorry for being ignorant but how exactly does this work? Do we toss both dots on all the targets or do we just toss SWP on most of the and then spam our aoe?

Strategy varies on different scenarios, but as a rule of thumb:

If your Dots will roll for their full duration on 4 or less tragets, SWP and VT them both at all times.
If you're against 3-5 stacked targets, SWP ~3, mind sear, and throw a VT every now and then if you're low on mana.
If you're against 4+ spread targets, SWP them all then cast as many VTs as you can, preferrably on the highest health targets (you want your VTs to roll for as long as possible).
If you're against 6+ stacked targets mind sear / t90 them away, throw a VT every now and then if you're low on mana.
