Lightbulb Adding a Height and Weight option

Suprised i've never seen a post like this (maybe I missed it), but since new models are coming out, would giving the option to make your character taller/shorter and skinnier/bigger be to your liking? I've never loved how big the Dranei look when I've always seen them much skinnier. This would need to be to scale obviously since we don't want to see Gnomes the height of a Night Elf (dear god no). Thoughts?

Yes! I'd like my female BE priest a little bit skinnier and about 3-4 inches shorter.

    Keeping it realistic.
The length will be only increased decreased by a total like 5% max, just to keep it all a bit realistic.
We're not all same length either

15% would be a better option. 15% up or 15% down from default. 5% is not realistic at all.

Didn't know Blood Elves could be any skinnier but to each their own! I agree it should be scaled around the 10-15% mark, nothing too big that it dosen't fit the character.

It's totally fair. You can be just as "big boned" as any other obese person, which is to say not at all.

I'd rather add a color wheel for things like hair. Or at least more hair color options. Height sure, weight, nah, don't need that. Give us in depth creation though. Like scales for jaw bones and shit like that. It's sad comparing other MMO character creations to WoW.

nah. it doesnt fit with wow. WoW does not need to constantly clone every other game, and become every other game. i like wow for what it is now. if i wanted character height/weight options i would go play other MMO's that offers that. it just doesnt feel right to me seeing the weird wacky looks to some races that posters have already squealed for in this thread. it would make my time spent in WoW just... sad.

i say sad because i think the races as they are now, are majestic. giving them VU's will help emphasize that. kiddo's would just love to put perverse spins on what we have "just for the lulz". it would just be detrimental to the races.

if WoW had come with this option from the start, it would be easier to accept. but adding it in 10 yrs later, just takes away from what the creators envisioned and brought to us to experience.

We don't need that in WOW honestly. No need to copy other games;the characters are the way they are.
If I wanted to increase my character's height or weight options,I would play ESO.

It would be too much work, they would have to make gear fit for every possible combination which would take a long time. They don't just make a gear piece and it just works. they have to fit it on every race and gender.
