Personally just like the total output better with Mastery than haste.
That being said, going mastery build is something you go if you can predict where the dmg output comes so you can time it, or else you can easily fail using it. hence why people downrate it so much, because if theres alot of dmg going around and you're not ready for it the lack of haste will fcuk you over.
