Actually the test in the video shows if you are a fast runner. It's ok though as it is a common mistake to make.
The direction of the Q's tail shows your preferred running direction.

I'm a great liar and I wrote the tail to the left, but I'm an introvert. I think the video has some truth to it, not in the Q or extrovert part, but being highly aware and interested in how others perceive you is important to being a good liar.

btw, while tracing the Q, I was actually thinking about how others would be able to read it & thought I was writing it for an observer's benefit/to be able to read it. *shrugkintsukuroi
