[H] Pixelated is a semi-hardcore 10-man PVE guild on US-Deathwing, and we are currently 8/14H in Siege of Orgrimmar. We aim to have 11 people on the raiding roster at any given point. All 11 spots are considered core and players are rotated in based on fight and gear requirements. Our raiding times are Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, 7:30pm to 11:30pm MST (US-Deathwing Server Time). In addition to our raiding schedule we regularly do achievement runs, casual valor capping activities, and challenge modes, and we've recently started an alt raid downing SoO normal bosses (13/14 the first week out). We're a small guild composed mostly of raiders, but most of us are very active players, online most of the week and willing to help with activities, chat, share professions, level alts, etc. Altoholics like me are very welcome!

We are currently looking for one skilled player to join our roster. We would like a dps/healer hybrid that preferably does not overlap with any of our current healer classes (holy paladin, mistweaver monk): an ele/resto shaman or boomkin/resto druid would be ideal. We are additionally considering all tanking classes for core spots, and exceptional dps players of any class will be considered for all recruitment. Because our current players and their geared alts are diverse, we could find room for an excellent player of almost any class on our roster.

We let the in-game roll system determine loot distribution, with players clicking need for their main spec and greed for their off spec, and never clicking disenchant. We expect players to be respectful of others in loot distribution. If an item is a minor upgrade for them, but a major upgrade for another, they should pass to the player with the higher need. Trial players are equally eligible for loot as every other player in the group. We use Mumble for voice communication, and although you do not need a microphone, you must be able to listen and follow instructions as we coordinate fights for ideal positioning, interrupts, etc.
