Looking for a low budget build.

Hello. I'll go straight to the point. I have $500 (if it's really worth it I could add ~100).
I want to play WoW on ultra settings (without ultra shadows) while doing quests, achievements, exploring. I rarely do 25 man raids.
Also it would be great to run Skyrim and Dota2 on highest settings.

Oh, and I have 1080p monitor.

    Thanks.

Not going to link you an entire build to make one change but I'd swap that XFX card (and the 1GB 650 for that matter) for this Asus 660:

    Asus GeForce GTX 660 $170

Both will be good with Skyrim and WoW but the Asus cooling/fan setup is better than XFX's 1 fan card, this is what I'd pick but both are good performing cards.

    Review of the Asus card

    Some Skyrim comparisons

Nvidia is slightly ahead of AMD in WoW but then again both 7870 and 660 should do absolutely fine.

Bah I missed the one fan XFX, my bad but still the 7870 GPU is better in every aspect, according to this:

yeah you can't really compare like that across different architectures. Benchmarks shows "wins" to both cards depending on the tiles, maybe slight favor towards 7870 but again 660 will be perfectly fine for either of those games OP plays.
